Booking to the antiques and second hand Fair

Dear Madam, Dear Sir,

The 47^th Bièvres International Photofair, a yearly event organized by the Photo Club de Paris Val-de-Bièvre with the help of the City of Bièvres, will take place on Saturday 5^th and Sunday 6^th of June 2010. We arelooking forward to your participation to this great event.

The Fair will start on the Saturday at 2 pm and end Sunday at 6 pm. The fair facilities will not open before Saturday morning, therefore the site will not be accessible before then.

The number of covered booth has been increased. This will modify somewhat the implantation of the fair. However, we will do our best to provide you with the same booth location as last year, if you wish so. Only vehicles under 5 meters long will be allowed to park on within the fairground. Parking space (75 €) will be reserved in priority to those renting 5 linear meters spaces or more. Since 2009 a free parking, close to the fairground, is available.

Boothes will be allocated on a « first come first served » basis to those sending back a complete form (a readable copy of proof of identity and full payment). Also, if you register prior to May 25th, your name and location on the fairground will be listed and posted at the entrances of the fair.

You will find here the booking form and the rules for your reservation. Reception of your booking form will be acknowledged within 15 days. Booth numbers and all final documents will be mailed to you in May 2010.
